Come and See program was hosted in Novitiate and six out of seven girls continue to participate in the program. The program is organized by Sr. Marie Aye and she is in charge of the program. This program has been started with 7 young women at Novitiate compound but one girl had gone back home due to her father’s health condition. The program lasts for six months, from July to December 2023. The program covers: Nurse Aid Course, basic Computer course, Basic English for 4 skills, sharing their Sacred stories, community building, self-care and journal writing, Psycho-social stages of human development, Psycho Social Support, Catechism of the Catholic church, Weekly Gospel sharing and Monthly recollections, Marian devotion and meditation, Loudato Si and the 5 Rs (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, and Recycle), Introduction to RNDM Charism and spirituality (life and mission of the sisters),

Myanmar Moral and Ethic, Handcraft and art appreciation, Youth ministry and leadership in general, Sharing of international mission experiences of the sisters, Mission excursion to Thayet St. Theresa orphanage and leprosy mission, Vocation in general and discernment. The young girls are very interested in their learning and they are now approaching the end of their program. By living with us They gained many experiences of religious life, i.e., who we are, how we are involved in the mission, what is religious life and the celebrations of our life including the death of Mary Angela. We wish all participants to have a meaningful future.
